  • 01 Raw material ratio

    According to the BOM list confirmed by R&D and the order production volume, the accurate ratio of various raw materials is determined to ensure that the physical property data is controllable.

  • 02 High-speed stirring

    Refer to the process requirements of the production of TPE product numbers to stir the proportioned raw materials, so that various raw materials are stirred, rubbed and dispersed evenly

  • 03 Heating and mixing

    Strictly follow the parameters set by the process requirements, control each temperature zone, and achieve a good plasticizing and polymerization effect under the action of twin-screw rotary extrusion, mixing, and mixing.

  • 04 Extrusion granulation

    Zhongsu is equipped with multiple advanced underwater granulation and strand granulation production lines, which are more suitable for the molding of various TPE products in different conditions.

  • 05 Inspection and testing

    Strictly conduct various tests on TPE physical properties, environmental protection standards, etc. for each batch of production first materials, and all test data meet the standard values

  • 06 Packaging and warehousing

    Industry standard weight, Zhongsu brand packaging storage area, safe environment, avoid cross contamination, and ensure stable quality.
