TPR Material Description

•  TS Grade: High-quality grade with a hardness range of 10A-100A. It can be overmolded on PP, PE or used for independent molding. It features scratch resistance, matte finish, and a comfortable touch.

In tools, handles, toys, automotive and motorcycle parts, and electronic products, a layer of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with a comfortable touch is often applied. TPE is an engineering plastic with outstanding wear resistance, capable of withstanding friction and wear under various environmental conditions. It also boasts excellent chemical resistance, remaining unaffected by common chemicals. It has high tensile strength and tear resistance. Its moderate elastic modulus provides good elastic recovery and shock absorption properties. It has excellent thermal properties, maintaining stable performance at high temperatures. It is suitable for various processing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. It can be customized according to customer requirements to meet various design specifications.
