TPE Encapsulation

Zhongsu Wang Thermoplastic elastomer TPE encapsulation, also known as thermoplastic rubber, English name Thermo-Plastic Elastomer. The appearance is transparent, solid color particles, with rubber properties. TPE is a material that is thermoplastic and has the characteristics of vulcanized rubber. It has excellent resilience, soft touch, wear resistance, and aging resistance. TPE is a blended modified elastomer alloy based on SBS, SEBS thermoplastic elastomers. Its physical properties and hardness (0~100A) can be achieved by adjusting the types and proportions of each component of the SEBS, SBS mixing system to adapt to various industry fields with different application requirements.

At present, our company can provide general injection molding grade, extrusion grade, coating and bonding grade (can bond encapsulated plastic ABS, PA, PC, PP and metal), foaming grade, high rebound grade, silicone touch grade, conductive grade, antistatic grade, flame retardant grade, laser engraving grade and various functional grades of TPR product brands. 1 Introduction to processing and molding:

Molding method: Extrusion processing: such as sealing strips, special-shaped strips, wire and cable sheaths, etc.;

Injection molding: Use a screw extrusion injection molding machine (including general injection molding and rubber encapsulation secondary molding); the equipment is a general injection molding machine\two-color injection molding machine, etc.

Other molding methods: blow molding, drooling calendering molding.

2 Material storage:

TPE granular raw materials should be placed in a cool and dry place;

The opened materials should be packaged in time after taking them out, and placed away from moisture and impurities and dust pollution; for TPR materials that have been stored for a long time (more than 1 month), it is recommended to dry the materials before processing and molding.

TPE (TPR) TPU TPEE products are used for electrical appliances, racket handles, gardening tool handles, screwdriver handles, knife and scissors handles, putty handles, electric drills, electric hammers, electric saws, power tools, luggage handles, etc.

Product advantages: comfortable and non-slip feel, good anti-vibration effect, can be bonded with a variety of plastics, easy to process and color, and improve product grade.

TPE/TPR encapsulation materials are natural color, black, and transparent. The hardness of the encapsulation materials produced by our factory ranges from 45-90 degrees. There are two types of fake and real packaging. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, does not contain heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The product feels good, mainly increasing the comfort, safety, durability and aesthetics of the product. Its secondary injection molding is used for various handles/knives/sports equipment/household goods/parts and electrical housing coatings, which can provide anti-slip effects and scratch resistance. TPE can strongly bond PP, PA, PC, ABS, PC, PC/ABS and other plastics. The material has passed a number of environmental protection tests and the product ranges from 0-100A (can be customized according to customer requirements).
