Strictly follow the GB 4806 series of food contact material standards, through the third-party authoritative testing, no odor, no migration risk. The material itself has good resistance to high and low temperatures (-40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃), not easy to aging and cracking, and direct contact with food can also remain safe and stable, suitable for hot and cold food contact scenarios.

What kind of food related products can food grade TPR material be used for?


Wide range of applications, can be adapted to kitchenware accessories such as spatula handle cover, non-slip feet; food container seals such as cup seals, plastic strips of fresh food containers; baby tableware such as complementary food spoon soft head, teething apparatus; food conveyor parts such as conveyor belt anti-slip layer; disposable food contact products such as straw soft head, tableware anti-slip sleeve and so on the manufacturing of a variety of products.




What do I need to pay attention to when using and storing?


When processing food-grade TPR raw materials, it is recommended to control the temperature at 160 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, to avoid degradation of the material caused by prolonged heating at high temperatures.


Storage should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, away from oil, corrosive substances and high-temperature heat sources, to prevent moisture or aging of the material. 


Before processing, the hardness of the formula can be adjusted according to the needs of the product (Shore A30 ~ 90 degrees adjustable), to further enhance the adaptability of the product.
