Core technical advantages of conductive grade TPR raw materials

Precise conductive performance control technology, using "conductive filler compounding technology", through scientific proportioning of different conductive media such as carbon black, carbon fiber, metal powder, etc., to achieve precise control of conductive performance (1) antistatic grade (2) conductive grade (3) high conductive grade. This technology solves the problem of unstable conductive performance and difficult processing of traditional conductive materials. Processing precautions

1. Drying: It is recommended to dry at 80℃ for 2-4 hours to avoid moisture affecting the conductive performance

2. Temperature control: Injection temperature is 160-190℃ to avoid high temperature causing degradation of conductive fillers

3. Mold design: The flow channel should be as short as possible to avoid uneven distribution of conductive fillers

4. Equipment cleaning: Thorough cleaning is required when changing materials to prevent conductive materials from contaminating other products
