Flame Retardant TPR material is one of the core technological achievements of Zhongsu Enterprise. Through unique formula design and advanced process control, this material not only retains the flexibility and weather resistance of traditional TPE, but also has excellent flame retardant properties, which can meet the requirements of material safety in multiple fields such as electronic appliances, medical equipment, and transportation.

In terms of flame retardancy, Zhongsu Flame Retardant TPR has passed UL94 V-0 certification (1.5mm thickness), and the limiting oxygen index (LOI) is ≥32%, which can effectively inhibit the spread of flames and greatly reduce the risk of fire. It uses nano-level flame retardant compounding technology during research and development, which cleverly avoids the increase of material hardness while ensuring flame retardant efficiency. The use of this technology makes the surface of the material delicate and free of precipitation, and it will not turn yellow even after long-term use. In terms of high temperature resistance, the long-term use temperature range of the material is -40℃ to 125℃, the short-term temperature resistance can reach 150℃, and it can still meet the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard at a thickness of 3.0mm.

In terms of environmental protection, the material does not contain halogens, heavy metals and polybrominated biphenyls (PBDE), complies with RoHS, REACH and EN71-3 toy safety standards, and also complies with the EU ELV directive. It can be processed and used repeatedly to help reduce carbon emissions. In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength is ≥8MPa, the elongation at break is ＞400%, and it has excellent compression permanent deformation (70℃×22h) ≤35%. It has both flexibility and tear resistance, and is suitable for high-frequency moving parts. In addition, it has passed the ASTM D573 oil resistance test (72h volume change rate <10%) and will not crack when exposed to the sun outdoors.

In terms of processing convenience, Zhongsu Flame Retardant TPR is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and other processes, and has good adhesion to substrates such as PP and ABS, without the need for additional treatment. In the field of electronic appliances, it can be used for data cable interface covers, mobile phone housings, etc., providing dual protection of insulation and flame retardancy; in the field of medical devices, infusion tube accessories, etc. have passed the biocompatibility test (ISO 10993); in the field of children's products, toy wheels, etc. are safe, non-toxic and resistant to repeated friction.
