Zhongsu Daily Necessities TPE (TPR) is a thermoplastic composite material with a soft touch and adjustable physical properties and hardness. It can be directly injection molded or extruded, saving labor time, and the edge materials and overflows can be recycled, reducing production costs; it has both the easy processing properties of thermoplastics and the properties of thermosetting rubber; it has the characteristics of vulcanized rubber without vulcanization; excellent weather resistance and low temperature resistance (-60℃); in recent years, the development of industrial materials, in addition to requiring the realization of product performance, refinement and specialization, must also conform to the trend of high efficiency, energy saving and green environmental protection. TPE has been widely used in recent years with its excellent performance of non-toxicity and recyclability; various hardness injection molding grades, extrusion grades, blow molding grades, flame retardant grades can be provided as needed, and secondary adhesives for PP, PA, PC, ABS, PS and other substrates can be provided.
