Material characteristics: high transparency, easy color matching, can be made into glossy and matte, wide hardness range, Shore hardness 0A-110A, low specific gravity, soft, comfortable and smooth feel, good weather resistance, good mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tear resistance and elongation, high temperature resistance and good fluidity. Material application: Suitable for manufacturing various products: tool handles, gardening equipment, measuring equipment; drinking water contact products, washers, sprinkler systems, hoses; household appliances, cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaners, coffee machines; electronic consumer products, electric vehicles, audio equipment, navigation equipment, wearable watches; care consumer products, toothbrushes, razors; food contact, tableware, beverage bottles, food containers; packaging, containers; office supplies, erasers, seals, signature pens; automobiles, seals, cup holders, washers; medical, plugs, valves, bellows, etc. Baking temperature: Dry at 70-95℃ for 2-3 hours. Forming temperature: 160-220℃, the processing temperature can be fine-tuned according to the on-site machine conditions. Mold temperature: 40-60℃.
