Extrusion Grade TPR

KANPLON® Extrusion Grade TPR is an eco-friendly thermoplastic elastomer that combines the elasticity of rubber with the processing convenience of plastics. With a soft, smooth texture and excellent weather resistance, it can be extruded directly without vulcanization, making it suitable for a wide range of extruded products, including sealing strips, wire jackets, and hoses.

Zhongauwang’s KANPLON® series of Extrusion Grade TPR is specifically designed for extrusion processes. Formulated using high-quality SBS/SEBS as a base and advanced modification technology, the product retains the superior elasticity of vulcanized rubber while offering the efficient processing advantages of thermoplastics.

The material is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, free of halogens and heavy metals, and emits no irritating odors when burned, fully complying with international environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH. Hardness ranges from 0A to 100A and 40D to 75D, with customization available upon request. The finished products feature a smooth, fine texture that is non-sticky to the touch, while offering excellent tensile strength, resilience, and weather resistance, providing stable and reliable quality support for a wide range of extruded products.

Why Choose Zhongauwang’s Extrusion grade tpr?

Based on SBS/SEBS elastomers and featuring a scientifically formulated design, it offers outstanding overall performance.

It exhibits excellent elastic recovery, high tensile strength, and minimal deformation even after repeated stretching.

It feels soft and comfortable to the touch, with a smooth, non-sticky surface that is safe for direct skin contact and non-irritating.

Free of halogens and heavy metals; burns without emitting irritating odors; complies with multiple environmental testing standards including SGS and MSDS.

Can be directly extruded, eliminating the traditional rubber vulcanization process and significantly shortening the production cycle.

The material has good flow properties and stable extrusion speeds; with appropriate process parameters, high-quality products with smooth surfaces and precise dimensions can be achieved.

Hardness ranges from ultra-soft to high-hardness; natural, transparent, black, and various colored pellets can be formulated according to customer requirements to meet diverse application needs.
