Flame-retardant TPU

Zhongsuwang’s flame-retardant TPU combines high elasticity with strong flame-retardant properties. It is halogen-free and eco-friendly, low-smoke and low-toxicity, oil-resistant and weather-resistant, and offers excellent tensile strength and flexibility. It processes smoothly without migration and is widely used in safety-critical applications such as cables, electronics, security, and automotive industries.

6. Matte and Satin Finishes: Matte and satin finishes can be customized to meet different customer aesthetic requirements.

7. Glass Fiber Reinforcement: Adding GF glass fiber enhances the rigidity and flexibility of TPU.

8. Temperature Resistance: Extends the TPU’s temperature resistance range from -70°C to 165°C.

9. Antimicrobial and Stain-Resistant Properties: Enhanced antimicrobial, stain-resistant, water-resistant, and abrasion-resistant properties through the addition of various additives.
