Product Description

Pipe Grade TPR pellets (thermoplastic rubber) from the Chinese manufacturer Zhongsuwang are specialized elastomer materials modified from SEBS/SBS base materials. Designed specifically for the extrusion pipe manufacturing process, they combine the high elasticity of rubber with the easy processability of plastic. This material offers excellent resilience and flexural resistance, resists cracking even after repeated bending, and remains flexible without hardening in low-temperature environments, making it suitable for use in various regional climates.

The hardness range can be adjusted according to the intended application of the tubing, making it suitable for both soft hoses and semi-rigid structural tubing. We offer customization options for transparent, matte, and various colored tubing upon request. It exhibits excellent adhesion to substrates such as PP and PE, allowing for the production of composite multi-layer tubing or standalone extrusion molding.
