Conductive Anti-Static TPE Overview




Conductive Anti-Static TPE is a thermoplastic elastomer material featuring high strength, excellent resilience, and injection molding capability. It achieves conductivity by incorporating conductive fillers—such as carbon nanotubes or metal particles—into the base TPE compound. This material is commonly used to manufacture parts and components requiring electrical conductivity, providing both static protection and conductive functionality. It also offers high elasticity, excellent tactile feel, outstanding slip resistance, a wide range of hardness options, low compression set, wear resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, water resistance, and good low-temperature performance.
