TPE Raw Materials

TPE Raw Materials is a material with high elasticity, high strength, high resilience and injection molding characteristics of rubber. TPE Raw Materials has excellent colorability, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, a wide range of hardness, excellent processing performance, no need for glazing, can be recycled, and reduce costs. It can be secondary injection molded, coated and bonded with body materials such as PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS, etc., or molded alone, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe.

Application range:

1. Application of medical food grade products: syringe pistons, infusion tubes, safety box cover seals, wine bottle stoppers, ice cube syringe stoppers, food containers, stamps, films, seals, friction clamp pads, children's bite rings, gas masks, vacuum stoppers, transparent masks, medical tubes, soft bags, infusion bags, medical equipment, medical tubes, medical saline bottle stoppers, disposable syringe stoppers, ear wash bulbs, plasma bags, surgical gloves, medical protective clothing medical supplies

2. Application of transparent series products: can be used to make highly transparent adult products, high tensile super soft toys, water-filled anti-pressure toys, super soft insoles, etc.

3. Application of rubber coating series products: mainly suitable for providing soft and non-slip functions on various types of PP handles, including toothbrush handles, razor handles, comb handles, kitchenware handles, hangers, gas masks, etc.

4. Application of spray toy series: mainly used in spray toy dolls, toy tires, suction cup dolls, sealing rings and other products.

5. Application of injection molding series products: suitable for injection molding products, industrial products and daily necessities, such as cushions, adult products, bracelets, casters, plastic pillows, non-slip floors, fitness equipment, sporting goods, auto parts, etc. products are widely used.

6. Application of extruded pipe series products: suitable for various types of pull-telescopic pipes, water pipes, pneumatic pipes, fitness tension pipes, medical catheters and other products.

7. Application of rubber band series TPE Raw Materials: the formula can be adjusted according to the different requirements of various rubber bands, and the colors can be produced according to customer needs. It is mainly based on SEBS, with a common hardness of about 30-80A. There are translucent, highly transparent and natural color particles, light specific gravity, soft feel, good anti-slip elasticity, and relatively easy to process and shape.
