Zhongsu Wang’s Encapsulated TPU is specifically designed for overmolding. It bonds firmly with substrates such as PC, ABS, PP, and PA, preventing delamination and white line formation. It combines high elasticity, abrasion resistance, slip resistance, weather resistance, and hydrolytic stability with excellent processing flow, no migration, and easy molding. Widely used for soft rubber overmolding on tool handles, electronic components, cable sheaths, sports equipment, and automotive interiors, it enhances grip and protection, making it the material of choice for high-quality overmolded parts.
