Polycaprolactone TPU

China Zhongsu Polycaprolactone TPU is a high-performance material with special additives added to special material groups. Polycaprolactone is made of ε-caprolactone under the conditions of metal organic compounds (such as tetraphenyltin) as catalysts and dihydroxy or trihydroxy as initiators. PCL is a semi-crystalline polymer with a crystallinity of about 45%. The appearance is milky white with a waxy texture. The melting point is about 60℃. Tg is about -60℃. It can be copolymerized and blended with many polymers.

Application areas:

It has low permanent compression set, good elasticity and low-temperature flexibility, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and microbial corrosion resistance.
