As the name implies, Zhongsu high quality TPU coating is to coat TPU rubber granules on other materials. Coating is one of the most important molding methods or applications of TPU. Through the coating process, various functional characteristics of TPU material applications can be fully demonstrated. Such as soft touch (such as handles and hand equipment), anti-slip properties (castors, coasters, anti-slip mats, foot pads), audio, mouse, digital equipment, electronic instruments, etc., other special functions (such as kitchen utensils and daily necessities with foldable storage functions), etc.

According to the different product encapsulation structures and the required encapsulation effects, there are two different encapsulation mechanisms, commonly known as true encapsulation and false encapsulation. True encapsulation: refers to the sintering of materials at the joint surface of soft TPU and hard plastic (the position to be encapsulated).

False encapsulation:

TPU and hard plastic or other materials do not need to be achieved through the above-mentioned sintering effect. Use a suitable encapsulation structure, such as the overall encapsulation of the workpiece, or by structural treatment of the hard workpiece, such as adding holes and making some grooves on the edge of the encapsulation position, to enhance the bonding force between TPU and hard workpieces (also known as embedded injection molding).
