matte effect and performance is difficult to achieve a balance, in order to pursue the matte effect and add a large number of matte materials, which will deplete the toughness of the material, the use of a single-component matte dispersant dispersion is poor, which will lead to product roughness is not fine enough. So our R & D team innovated the material formula, the use of EPDM rubber, SEBS and polyamide 6 combination of TPU modification, reduce the surface gloss of the product, but also add a specific matte agent and compatibilizer and so on, so that the matte effect is good and low cost.
