Product features

TPE Injection Molding Materials are based on high-quality SEBS and SBS, formulated through a composite modification process to offer a wide range of hardness levels, flexibly meeting the design requirements of various products.

The material exhibits outstanding resilience, resisting cracking even after repeated bending, while also offering excellent weather resistance, hydrolytic stability, and resistance to chemical corrosion.

The raw material undergoes a purification process, resulting in minimal odor and no impurities. It features uniform coloring with rich, vibrant hues. It exhibits excellent flow during injection molding, producing parts with smooth, flat surfaces free of flow marks and air bubbles, ensuring consistent and stable appearance quality in the finished products.

What quality assurance measures does the manufacturer implement for TPE injection molding materials?

Raw materials are pre-dried at 75°C–80°C for 2–3 hours to prevent moisture-induced bubbles in the finished product.

Barrel zone temperatures are set appropriately to prevent material degradation at high temperatures.

Equipment is cleaned in advance for overmolding applications to avoid cross-contamination between different materials.

Injection speed and holding pressure parameters are adjusted according to part thickness to minimize issues such as shrinkage and flash.
