TPE plastic

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) are polymer materials that combine the high elasticity of rubber with the processing characteristics of plastics. They play an important role in modern industry and daily life. Thermoplastic elastomers TPE plastics are categorized into the following types: food-grade, medical-grade, weather-resistant, high-resilience, flame-retardant, anti-static, wear-resistant, and easy-to-color.  

Product characteristics: Excellent elasticity and low-temperature flexibility, a wide range of hardness adjustments, good weather resistance, and excellent compatibility with various materials.

Typical applications

Common TPE plastic processed parts include: coated handles, seals, such as toothbrush handles, massager accessories, soft dolls, elastic balls, such as yoga mats, resistance bands, foot pads, etc., earphone covers, buttons, and other areas.

Processing Performance: Can be processed via injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, calendering, etc., enabling complex molding such as two-color or multi-color injection molding.  

Physical Properties: Excellent elasticity, high tensile strength, superior wear resistance, minimal compression set, resistance to high and low temperatures, and good electrical insulation.  

Chemical Properties: Resistant to water, oil, general chemical solvents, and aging. Post-processing characteristics: Can undergo secondary processing such as screen printing, spraying, bonding, and welding, compatible with various post-processing techniques.  

Textural properties: Soft texture, smooth surface, scratch-resistant, uniform coloring, and odorless.  

Adhesion capability: Can bond well with various substrates such as PP, PE, ABS, and PC, enabling the production of composite products with a wide range of applications.
