Highly transparent TPE utilizes high-purity imported SEBS base material and a precisely formulated refractive index blend. The finished product is crystal-clear with no cloudiness; it does not leach or whiten over long-term use, while retaining rubber-like properties such as high resilience, tear resistance, and low-temperature flexural strength. It is non-toxic and odorless, free of phthalates, halogens, and PVC, and has passed multiple international environmental tests. It is compatible with injection molding, extrusion, and co-extrusion processes (both soft and hard materials), and can be stably overmolded with PP, ABS, and PC.

Scrap material is recyclable. Combining aesthetic appeal with durability, it is widely used in medical consumables, teething toys for infants and toddlers, transparent cables, sports and diving accessories, transparent seals, and beauty tools. How do we ensure the processing quality of our Highly Transparent TPE?

Thermoplastic elastomer raw materials are dried at 70–80°C for 2 hours to thoroughly remove moisture, preventing white haze and bubbles in the finished product.

We clear the screw before processing and strictly prohibit the mixing of black or filled materials.

We control the barrel temperature to no higher than 200°C to prevent yellowing caused by high temperatures.

Molds for transparent products are polished to a mirror finish to enhance transparency and visual clarity.

The proportion of recycled material added does not exceed 25% to ensure stable light transmission.
