Zhongsu Wang TPE’s 3rd Factory in Zhejiang: First Production Line Officially Commissioned

As the roar of machinery filled the air, crystal-clear TPE pellets flowed down the pipes, marking the successful launch of the first production line at Zhejiang Zhongsu Wang TPE’s third factory. This milestone represents another step in Zhongsu Wang TPE’s capacity expansion and its strategic layout in the Yangtze River Delta region. It will provide customers in East China and around the world with more efficient thermoplastic elastomer solutions.

Strategic Move: The Zhejiang Plant as a New Production Base

As the third core production base in Zhongsu Wang TPE’s corporate layout, the launch of the Zhejiang plant carries clear strategic significance.

Prior to this, Zhongsu Wang TPE operated its Shenzhen headquarters and production-and-research bases in Jiangmen, Huizhou, and Boluo, establishing a production cluster in South China. The addition of the Zhejiang plant extends the company’s geographical coverage, forming a dual-core production model with Shenzhen and Huizhou in the south and Zhejiang in the east.

The Zhejiang facility is not merely a replication of existing production capacity. It integrates the company’s recent technological and management practices.

For customers in East China, the launch of the Zhejiang plant shortens the delivery radius and improves logistics efficiency and response times.

With the launch of the first production line, Zhongsu Wang TPE’s overall annual production capacity will increase, helping alleviate delivery pressure from market orders.

A Successful Debut: The First Production Line Successfully Launched

On the day of the launch, the workshop at the Zhejiang plant was busy yet orderly. Technicians closely monitored parameters on their screens to ensure the production line ran smoothly.

The first production line employs an automated control system. Precise control is achieved throughout the process, from raw material blending and mixing to extrusion and pelletizing. Testing of the first batch of TPE/TPR pellets showed that they met the company’s standards for key indicators such as smoothness, resilience, and weather resistance, making them suitable for application in consumer electronics, daily necessities, and automotive components.

“The successful launch of the first production line is the result of our team’s efforts and marks a turning point for the Zhejiang plant as it moves from construction to operation,” said the on-site manager. Subsequent production lines will be installed and commissioned in succession, and full production capacity is expected to be realized shortly.
